What does "whipped creme fraiche" mean exactly? I couldn't find it in the market - so, thought it might be just cream that I should whip. Now I'm really just not sure.
If it is cream I whip, how much should I use and should I sweeten it?
I hope this isn't a bother and thank you for your help.

No bother whatsoever. I bought it, but you can look here for a way to make it ... unless someone else has a better idea?
