  1. I saved the link for the Robochallenge you gave me
    and will read it as soon as I send this post.

    Beginning March 1st I am going to start a Body For Life style of low
    carb. I am going to use the BFL exercise plan and combine that with
    the Atkins diet.

    February I am going to use to work up to that level of exercise
    and continue to watch my portions.

    Right now I am doing Induction, going to my physical next week
    and through meditation getting my mind in a place where I can succeed
    in weight loss as I have succeeded in the past with quitting smoking.

  2. IMHO the diet is more important than the exercise. When I was 311, just
    taking a walk would re-injure my ankle. Be careful not to injure yourself.

    Do you have the Fitday download? I think Fitday is important as it

    Controling diet is definitely more important than exercise.

    If you are really heavy, approach exercise with great care.

    Getting hurt could ruin all weight loss efforts.
