I don't know the exact length of the hex wrench that you
would need. You have to remove the dust cap on the left
fork leg and compress the fork. You will be able to see
the adjustment seat if you put a flashlight in it. If you
have a hex wrench that's long enough to put into the
adjustment seat, make sure it fits nice and tight so you
won't strip it, or you will be really screwed. Turning
clockwise will increase the rebound. Counterclockwise will
decrease the rebound.

mess it up I could buy new internals and then I would
upgrade them to a better fork anyway. Thank you.

Why is the manual so bad? No part numbers, no exploded
internal view, no specific oil tuning recommendations, no
nothing of real value...
