On the way to work this morning I came across a huge pile of [censored] which looked like the debris from an accident with a truck load of building materials. It was swept off the "road" until it neatly fit into the cycle lane, making it impossible to pass without moving into traffic. For those in Canberra it is on Melrose Drive in Phillip, southbound (somewhere about here... http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=323005). Can anyone suggest who to contact, other than Pedal Power, to have this [censored] removed and to submit a complaint??

Try the council responsible for the area. Use words like "dangerous" and "reporting so if there's a crash then it is clear that you knew about it".
If you have a local paper that's pro cycling or anti council, then tell them too.

Thanks to Geoff for putting me onto the Canberra Connect website for complaints etc. via the PedalPower website. I have submitted a complaint and am waiting for results.
