    This is not a binary newsgroup. It's designed for text only. Post the
    picture somewhere else, and then link to it.

    The group is rec.bicycles.misc, not rec.bicycles.binaries.

    Post the pic in webspace somewhere, and post a link if you want others
    to see it. Binaries eat queue space and force old articles to get
    dropped from local servers much faster. That's just one reason why
    many news servers don't accept (or else accept and delete) binary
    inclusions in non-binary groups.
