Glad you could salvage the Saturday, we could see the snow covered North Yorks Dales tops well from
the Lakes. I agree about the cloudscapes in the morning - the greyish milky sky patterns and cold
muted colours of the snowy landscape were very pleasing, and are well shown in some of those pics.

Angram and Scar House reservoirs look like an area we must explore before long.

Thanks Steve and Geoff - sursprised at no snow in the NE, Steve -
though yes thinking about it, the view east of Wharfedale looked much
less snowy over t'other side of the Vale of York. I was surprised just
how much there was in places - drifts in the lee of walls were well up
to knee deep.. I guess most of it's gone by now, but it was a bonus
for November!!
