Phonak regain racing licence (Swissinfo)

Swiss cycling team Phonak have regained their racing licence following an appeal to the Lausanne-based Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). The move overturns a ban on competing in this year s Pro Tour circuit imposed by the International Cycling Union (UCI) after a series of doping scandals.
