  1. Philly Cheese Steak ala Todd

1 loaf Cuban bread or hoagie rolls 2 lbs shaved sirloin (beef) 1 bell pepper thinly sliced 1 medium
onion thinly sliced 1 good handfull of white mushrooms (sliced) sliced cheese of choice ( Swiss,
provolone, I like pepper jack) mayonnaise

marinade for beef 3 Tbsp soy sauce fresh cracked pepper Mrs.Dash salt free seasoning (optional)

This is fairly easy to do, saute marinated beef, add peppers and onions and mushrooms, spread
mayonnaise on the bread or hoagie rolls, put two slices of cheese on the bread, fill the rolls with
the meat mixture, top with more cheese if you wish, pop them under the broiler for a few seconds to
melt the cheese if needed . of course, this is comfort food to me, and the variations are of course
endless, but this is how I do them Enjoy, and good cooking Todd
