  1. PF Again!!!
This time the left foot. Not as bad this time, but I still had to tank
the OKC Marathon (and I was one only 83 people who, until now, had run
it every year-grrr). That being said, I am being bombarded with non
runner opinions about the miracle of cortisone injections. I can walk,
or otherwise move around without difficulty. I don't hobble around for
an hour in the morning like I did the last time. I just can't run
without discomfort and lingering post run pain. So, I'm just resting
(not running) and continuing my calf stretches and big toe marble
pickups. Any thoughts on the cortisone option?

Quality is a function of design, materials, and craftsmanship.
Inspection can only confirm quality or reveal deficiencies.
In no case, can quality be inspected into anything.

Some cortisone is fine, it reduces inflammation. Repeated ones weaken
    ligaments.
