It’s not all Tour de France, we also have more contract and team news for the 2016 peloton.TOP STORY: Tour de France 2016On Tuesday, the route of the 103rd edition of the Tour de France was presented at the Palais des Congrs in Paris. Chris Froome, Andr Greipel, Mark Cavendish and many other top riders were in the audience for the announcement as other riders stayed home to watch on TV. The Grand Dpart is from Mont-Saint-Michel, a near 40 kilometer time trial and a stage finish on top of Mont Ventoux, it’s going to be a tough spectacle.This year the French Grand Tour runs counter clockwise round France, with the Pyrenees coming before the Alps. On the 14th of July (Bastille Day), the finish of the 12th stage is at the top of the legendary Mont Ventoux. With four mountain stages in a row, the peloton will have the hardest days in the Alps. Stage 4 is the longest stage this year at 232 kilometers.The two time trials could be important as both are far from flat.
