    The Thai may be on to something...

    Okay, if you already looked at this and it didn't say anything, I'm sorry.

    The Thai police have instituted a new punishment for breaking the rules -- cops have to wear a Hello Kitty armband on their uniform! Let Vino race! Just make him wear Hello Kitty. :p

    I can't make the link work, but it's on the front page of yahoo.com. Can someone who actually knows how to operate their computer put it up? :o
