  1. Thanks for putting up with me yesterday. I was in a real funk and it
took me most of the day to do one batch of salsa. This is highly
unusual for me. Then I hit the pillows and slept 9 hrs straight. I
doubt I even turned over. Again highly unusual for me. It's cooler,
cloudy, and threatening rain. At any rate I'm feeling my old self today
so another hamper of tomatoes will be processed. I'm not sure into what
yet as they're smaller than the last hamper. I might do them into
juice. I have a nice couple of baskets of tomatoes from my garden
consisting of tiny tims, mellow yellows, and romas so those will be just
enough for a small batch of mellowed out mild salsa. I'll post a pic of
the mellow yellows next time I download my camera. They are really
pretty with a very sweet mild flavour! Some of the tiny tims will be
used in a loaf of herbed tomato bread. I think swiss chard rolls may be
    a good choice for dinner.
