Pepper Jelly - Part Duh

  1. I figure if I'm going to teach, I should have a recipe that I know
    works. :-)

    For 'how to use it' ideas, I'll bring some cream cheese and crackers.

    I'm also thawing some meat-a-balls to soak in the Cranberry Orange
    Relish recipe that Koko posted a coupla days before Thanksgiving. Made
    half a batch of that and used some of my State Fair pepper jelly. If I
    get ambitious enough to do a pork thing, I'll bring that, too. I'm
    thinking of threading thinly sliced pork on a skewer and basting it
    with some melted jelly.

    Will provide a list of ideas picked from those posted here, too.

    Or I may just take a nap.

    Class is at 6:30 and I'll leave here about 5:00.

  2. Which Jelly recipe are you using ? Bringing my lifeless plants indoors
    to escape the best attempts of the roofers to flatten everything in
    sight has brought them on a treat and I now have a glut !
