Is anyone here on the atkins diet? is it successful for you? ive been
on it for about a month, and ive lost 10 pounds. I think it should be
going alittle better then it is though. I saw on walmart's website
that theres a video coming out october 12th that teaches you how to
turn body fat into energy through an atkins program. I wanna check it
out, cause i think it may help. has anyone heard of it?
