  1. Hi there I need a bit of adice from anyone out there. I'm looking at doing 4
days or so of the pennine way or any other good walk that takes this long. I
need a bit of advice on where's the best place to start and finish. Or
indeed if anyone knows of another walk as good that takes about 4 days.

    Thanks

    Mark

  2. Pennine Way has been done in under three days, so you could have a day
    spare!

Make your own route up in Scotland if your feeling adventurous?

  4. My site may give you some ideas at:-

    http://www.davidgibbins.btinternet.co.uk/

Page down a little and click on 'My Itinerary' to get an idea of distances
and suggestions on how to split it. Plenty of accomodation links on the
    site.

I would suggest the following, as it's probably the best 4 day section and
    easy for accommodation:-

Hawes to Keld - 12.5 miles.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Keld to Middleton in Teesdale- 21 miles.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Middleton in Teesdale, to Dufton - 21 miles.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dufton to Alston - 20 miles.
