I just bought a pair of new Wellgo beartrap pedals off ebay - model LU-953. Cheap pedals.
I got them today and I notice that while one spindle turns relatively free of friction, the other is kind of scratchy and rough, sort of like when you tighten a hub down too much.
Will this break in, does it matter, can I fix it? I don't see how to get any grease in there. It still turns OK I guess, but its so different from the other I had to wonder.

Thanks for your help
I once bought a new pair of Wellgo pedals (clipless) ... they sucked, they went back and I gladly paid the restocking fee.
