  1. Hi folks,

    I just bought a pair of new Wellgo beartrap pedals off ebay - model LU-953.
    Cheap pedals.

    I got them today and I notice that while one spindle turns relatively free
    of friction, the other is kind of scratchy and rough, sort of like when you
    tighten a hub down too much.

    Will this break in, does it matter, can I fix it? I don't see how to get any
    grease in there. It still turns OK I guess, but its so different from the
    other I had to wonder.

    I once bought a new pair of Wellgo pedals (clipless) ... they sucked,
    they went back and I gladly paid the restocking fee.
