  1. Here is an absolutely wonderful, quick, and easy Peanut
Butter Pie recipe. Following it is a "secret" recipe for
quick and easy, no-bake peanut butter "fudge".

Peanut Butter Pie to make one pie: (I was trying to reduce
fat here, but you can make it with the "leaded" varieties
    and it's very good!)

3 oz. cream cheese (fat free)
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter (reduced fat)
2/2 cup powdered sugar 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed (light)
Graham Cracker crust (reduced fat) or Chocolate pie crust

Soften the cream cheese just a little bit. (either leave it
on the counter for a couple of hours or put it on VERY low
in the microwave for a minute or so). With a hand mixer, mix
the first three ingredients (it's going to be a little
thick). With a large spatula, mix in the Cool Whip. Put it
in a chocolate or graham cracker crust. Keep in freezer
