  1. The post on peanut butter does not begin to cover the benefits of it.

Peanut Butter contains every known protein including tryptophan...
tryptophan is helpful for sleep inducing... It has been taken by the
teaspoonful for sleeplessness. It is good for the children because of
the necessary needed protein, which is also needed by the elderly.

There is no toxin in peanut butter, if you suspect allergen, look to what might be in your body
system that is interacting with it and if possible eliminate that substance.

A no-no food, Raw peanuts should not be eaten they do contain a toxic substance which is released
    when cooked.

The advantage of Health Food Store peanut butter is that the oil is well mixed in and if it kept in
the refrigerator, the oil will not separate or become dry.

Peanut oil is the highest quality of oils. Second only to Olive Oil.
