  1. Dear Cooking Experts Is there such a thing as shaping molds
for peanut brittle? I have tried several but no real
success. The brittle is either too thick or the shapes are
too shallow to have well defined edges. Cordially ypauls

Molds for peanut brittle? Why bother? Most people just
spread the peanut brittle mixture evenly on a flat
    baking try.

Uhh, than you need to pour less of it.

What shapes are you looking for? I can pick out dozens of
different kitchen things I have that I can use as molds.

I love these carefully crafted questions.

Try spreading it out it into a well-buttered jelly roll pan,
then cover that with another jelly roll pan with its
    *bottom* buttered; press firmly.
