peaking and testing data........??

  1. Since there has been been so much focus on peaking in recent years I
    was wondering if there has been any studies on pacing.....???

    (Sorry the other posting should have read peaking. This week has been
    quite rough)

    Would be interesting if we could see SRM data for a Lance for a whole
    year.....??? Perhaps now that Lance is retiring this might be
    possible...??

    For Long Slow Distance pacing, peaking is about 4-5 hours after
    ingesting.

    People have been attempting to model the responses to training using HR data
    for >30 y. Inspired by such efforts, I've been attempting to do something
