  1. Does anyone know what conditions are like in The Peak District at the
    moment?
We are thinking of going to the Derwent Valley tomorrow and not sure what
the tops will be like, don`t fancy spending the day walking on ice.
    Thanks for any info.
    Christine.

There is not much ice about (or at least I didn't see much on the edge
of Bleaklow on Thursday) but a fair bit of snow is left.

Suggest cold and fine but not too windy. Sound like a good day for it,
    have fun.

  3. Cold and slushy lower down. Crunchy on top. Roads clear.
    Occasional snow flurries today.
