Hi all, I did a race on Sunday and forced the break that ended up sticking. It was a good, hard day for me. I put up my highest 1 hr power ever (AP = 294 NP = 345), as well as what seems to be a very high 20 minute power. Peak 20 minute power was: AP = 328 and NP = 374.
Does this 20 minute power seem unusual? 😕 I'm pretty sure I couldn't push 374 for a 20 minute TT... not that I've ever tried, but that seems like a big stretch.

It's high relative to your functional threshold power, but it's certainly not impossible. For example, when she was racing my wife's best 20 min average power was 1.15x of her best 60 min average power (vs. your 1.10x based on normalized power (i.e., 374/340 = 1.10)). IOW, such ratios are certainly believable even if you ignore the normalized power concept.
