  1. Peach Cobbler

    1 cup sugar
    1 cup milk
    1 cup flour
    1 t salt
    3 t baking powder
    1 stick butter
    2 1/2 # can sliced peaches

    Melt the stick of butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Add the juice from the sliced
    peaches. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, flour, salt, and the baking
    powder. Stir well. Mix in the milk. Pour this over the butter and
    juice. Place peach slices on top. Bake at 350 until brown--about 45
    minutes. This is particularly good with Bluebell Vanilla Ice Cream on
    top!
