  1. the latest issue of "Running Times" has an article about
paula radcliffe. apparently, she sleeps up to 14 hrs a day.
    (2 hr afternoon nap.)

every day, she does about 2 to 5 hours of non-running stuff
    - strengthening, plyometrics, core, etc..

i was just thinking that leaves her with 5 to 8 hours for
the rest of the day. take away 2-3 hours for routine
stuff like eating/showering/leisure/etc, and there's not
    much left.

man, it must be good to be a full-time pro. 🙂 wonder what
roger bannister could've achieved with such a routine.

Do other people here think it's beneficiary to sleep as much
? How long do you usually sleep ? My performance is not
affected unless I have slept less than 6 hours.
