  1. Hi,

I'm a bit of a novice but want to do some peak walking.
Heading out this weekend, probably on my own and was hoping to get up some
    peaks around Buttermere,
    weather permitting that is...

Was thinking of taking footpath from buttermere up to Bleaberry tarn/Red
    pike and then follow footpath,
down thourgh high crag >> hay stacks and down by Blackberry tarn...

I was wondering what the conditions of the paths are up that way?
I'm capable of a hard walk but ain't got much experience at height on
riddges etc... is there any in particular
I want to stay clear of?

    Steve
