  1. Hi all...
Have a Miyata TrailRunner purchased in '86 that's served me well over the years (excellant condition). I let my son have at it and he managed to break the inner chain wheel of my Shimano Biospace front crank. A lifestyle change now positions me to bike to and from work.
So now I'm looking for parts to replace the busted crank as well as a crank/chain cover (not crank guard). I've seen crank/chain covers for mountain bikes only in Europe (Netherlands), not in Canada or the US.
Because I want to install a guard, it means replacing the whole crank to allow for proper crank-arm spacing for the guard. Koga-Miyata may have what I am looking for but I have only found European dealers.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for North American dealers for cheap access to cranks, crank/chain guards, and flaps/fenders for this old bike?
    Thanks...Rog

  2. Hmm... I'm not sure but loosescrews.comloosescrews.com used to specialize in hard to find parts...
