Parasite or something else ?

There are a couple of types of common parasites that may tickle you when they move. Some try to exit
via the anus and this can cause itching and tickling, too. A visit to the doctor can verify whether
any parasites are present. Sometimes stool samples are required, but if you have parasites active
enough to tickle you, they may be obvious to the examining doctor.

You can also take a look at your own stool and look for anything suspicious. You can check out your
perianal area with a mirror and look for signs of problems as well. Still, it's more reliable to
have a doctor do this.

Start with a general practitioner, in order to rule out any other causes. He'll direct you to a
specialist if required.
