Paramount PC9 Cycle Computers

Drill Sgt- Did you locate the instructions for the PC9?

If so, would you mind passing a copy to me? I've just put new batteries in, and it came to life. I need to reprogram it.

Sorry, but I never received the instructions for the Paraamount.

As I replaced the batteries again, the retainers on the back of the case literally crumbled, rendering the machine useless.

I bought a new Cateye Astrale 8 with cadence and speed, which works as well as the Paramount did.

Performance Bike had them on sale in July for 29.95. The hardware sensors install just like the Paramount hardware did.

Drill Sgt- I never got the intructions for the Paramount computer, but it is now a moot point. The plastic case crumbled when I attempted to replace the batteries.

I guess too much UV from many years in the Southern California Sun took its toll.

I bought a new Cateye Astrale 8 from Performance Bike- it works as well as the paramount, and installation was about the same.

I also need a copy of the PC-9 Instructions. I would really appreciate it. I just bought a bike with one on it, but it must need batteries and I don't even know how to put those in.
