Good Idea , and there are a couple wins we can steal from Hinault and give
to Lemond. With the help of the French lab and media we can just keep
shuffling results until we get what they want.

I'm thinking the French can get Jean Phillipe Dojwa the win in 96 if
they retro-bust
the top17, maybe get Pascal Lino a TDF or two as well.
