I know that this may be a weird subject, but I have been trying to find "The" saddle. I have been riding at least five days a week anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours at a time. The shorter rides are harder race pace rides. I have noticed that when I get back from riding that my left testicle is tender, almost like the feeling you get when you happen to bump one wrong, "If you know what I mean, you just grabbed yours thinking about it. It is not the drop you to your knees pain, but just a tenderness that you can feel when in the shower washing the nether region. Has anyone else experienced this. I have been to the doctor and he did an exam and said that he felt no abnormaties, and the urinalysis came back fine. I know that there are some doctors that frquent this site from time to time, hoping to find some answers.

    Thanks

  2. My best advice (I'm no doc, just a cyclist) is to take a second look at your position on the bike, and then if that is set up properly, begin looking for the angle at which you need your seat to tilt to avoid this pain. A saddle has more to do with how it feels on the sit bones than on your "boys"--the tilt of the saddle will affect your "boys" more than anything else, in my experience. Also, when you get ready to ride, make sure to pull the "boys" upwards a bit, as once you sit on your seat and reach for the bars you automtically roll forward onto them if you're not careful. Also make sure neither of them is getting pressed between your thigh and you seat, as this could cause your problems too. Good luck!!
