I have had moderate intermittent pain in my right elbow for
yrs.(always assumed it was either drumming or excessive masturbation).
After a few sets of Flies, the pain is Gone. Now, as Happy as this
makes me,(and it r e a l l y does), it IS rather weird.(Even for a
drummer). All Apenions appreciated.
Flyes were the ONLY thing you did?
How long ago did you do them? IOW, how long has the pain remained gone?
It's not just endorphin makin' you feel good, is it?
I can't really conceive of how flyes could improve an elbow pain, unless
perhaps there was a slight misalignment and the flyes tweaked it right?
Isn't Mully a drummer? Perhaps he has a more edicated 'pinion.

Dear BuyLowSeleneHigh;
Yup, that was the only lifting I did on the day in question.
It's been a few daze now, and there is an ever-so-slight T w i n g e,
but Nothing like it was before. I'm 53 and have trouble remembering
where my ass is at times, so I t h i n k it was Sunday when the blessed
healing occurred. I'm not a serious lifter, but I do a few sets/day
along with running + cycling, makes me feel all gooood and stuff.
Mullholland Is a friend of Mine, I forgot about him there for a
minute...(told you I was old and vacant) ; )
thanks;
