I have a pain behind my right knee when I kneel and sit back on my
lower legs. I also have pain if I have been sitting for awhile and
then straighten my leg or stand to walk away. I stopped running for
about 8 weeks hoping the pain would go away. I just started running
again and I do not have pain when I run but the pain still exists. Can
someone tell me what is the cause of this pain and the treatment to fix
it? I have been travelling in the car alot lately and I don't know if
that could be the root cause of the injury (instead of running).
Thanks for any advice.
