When I become world leader, along with a few other things like seat post
diameters, DHL flat packet boxes *will* have a decent set of
instructions in them.
I didn't put packaging around it, so it rattles a bit loose, but it
should survive fine.
For any enforcement Occifers reading this, it was NOT nuclear material,
it wasn't guns, it wasn't explosives, it didn't contain any liquids over
125ml, no nail clippers, and definitly no BIC lighters.
