    Can anyone recommend a site where I can print out a half marathon pace band?

    I hate when that happens. The last time that happend to me, it thouht I was running 26K instead of
    26miles. I was on pace to break the world record in the marthon. However, I hit the wall at mile 25
    and it took me an hour to finish the last mile.
