  1. Has anyone used the new Oxo Mandoline? How does it compare with the
    Zyliss Safety Rail-guided Mandoline?

    Thanks!

Good Housekeeping (If I remember correctly) rated oxo highest for
$value safety and use. Zyliss got higher marks for safety but didn't
    work as well.
    Lynn from Fargo
got a plastic one works great \
got the knuckles to prove it!

  3. Thank you for your quick response!

  4. I have one. I like it. It works well. I can't compare. I found it difficult
to make thin slices of sweet potato in a waffle cut. It would stick half-way
through. So, I suspect anything of similar hardness will do the same.
Other than that , it works great.
