Overhauling Time ATAC Alium pedals?

Try dripping some triflow in there near the crank.
Should fix things for another 10 thousand miles

It's easy.

1. Fit an allen key in the axle end cap and unscrew it.

2. Hold the other end of the axle with a pedal spanner or allen key and undo
the locknut on the end of the axle.

3. Tap the axle out with a flat punch and small hammer.

4. Grease the bushing and reassemble.

I find this has to be done every few months or the pedal starts clicking. I
now don't even bother to remove the pedal from the crank to service it.

Thanks for the replies, guys.

Nick, do you think that overhauling the pedal will reduce the
resistance at the axle? I'm not actually having any problems with the
pedal (they've been stiff like this since the day I got them), I'm just
hoping to get the things to turn more freely.
