Outside Right Foot, Underneath foot pain

  1. After 4-5 miles of riding I start getting a constant pain in the underside of my right foot. Always right foot, never left. Always same place, the under/outside portion up near the top.

    Stopping for 1-2 minutes is enough to make is go away for a while. Always returns.

    Equiment: Specialized Road Bike Shoes w/ Look pedals, Giant OCR2, properly fitted (far as I know).
