"Outlaw Bicycles" is aptly named.
In February I bought a tire from Rich at Outlaw Bicycles via this newsgroup.
Outlaw Bicycles never sent the tire and never answered my follow-up E-mails,
but they cashed my check promptly enough.
Caveat emptor.
