If Rafael were a cyclist, he'd be a lot poorer, of course, but would not play for two years.

Baseball probably only tested Palmeiro because he was so adamant about not using steroids they figured he would be negative.
That's like when Evian did the Tour de Poitou-Charente in France. Our Canadian riders were tested "at random" almost every day. This was just after Ben Johnson so the French knew they could test Canadians all week long and never have a positive. [/font]
