Heh, interesting assertion.

But still, I agree that the WMV, in my experience, are the most
courteous and decent drivers of any group I can think of, these lessons
need to be given to taxis or HGVs, or the population at large.

What, and waste a good opportunity to pick on a small minority group?
Why should they be allowed to drive white vans at all, when decent law
abiding folk like the rest of us are driving cars?I heard that one ran
over a fox once.

But of course they all think they are better than average so
won't go on the course.

It's always the problem with voluntary schemes. The people
that need to go never do.

I'm chalking this one up as "useless gimmick and waste of
money"
