That's bad timing considering your jaunt abroad - you get 14 days to test it, realise "3" are ****
and give it back.

I used "3"'s deal to convince orange to give me 750 any network any time mins for £35 a month, very
much against their will, so I screwed them for a new phone - SE T610 for free too - they must really
hate me - they'll make precisely no profit from me for at least 12 months - maybe more.

They probably don't hate you that much. The shop I work for would have made £300 out of that deal on
a T610. BTW T610 is a damn good phone, higly recommended.

But that's my point, the phone didn't come through a shop, it came from directly from Orange. For
free. 100% subsidy. Add in the fact that I also get 750 mins xnet per month for £35. 750 x £0.35
(Oranges xnet rate) is a hell of a lot more than £35.

I find my old Pay as you Go Orange works just fine. It's my emergency 'phone only (usually in car,
but also on long rides just in case something breaks I can't fix). Anyway, I'm now on my 2nd £10
voucher in 4 years, how's that for Orange not liking me much?

PS: I really HATE people in cars on mobiles; I must build that jammer/front end overloader to
zap them all!

Nah they don't mid you - you've paid them upfront, and are using an old handset that's costing
them bugger all. I'm costing them a small fortune in handset AND they'll be making losses on most
of my calls.

Exactly so if Orange gave it to you for free they saved themselves £310 from the shop and therefore
made more profit out of you that way. The tariffs are fantastic, it's impossible not to sell them.

I've had the same problem, and even got them to release me from a 12 month contract due to the
problems they had caused. I was hoping to use it on my bike, but even when you have 3G coverage, it
so slow trying to get anything, you could have cycled miles while waiting....
