After several years of flawless operation, my obsolete version of Forte Free Agent betrayed me, insisting that all rec.bicycle.tech posts and threads were to be found in some bizarre group with "whitewater" in its corrupted name, presumably an unknown newsgroup about either rafting or real-estate scandals.
Rather than wrestle with the corrupted database, I simply started from scratch.
