Gah, I saw an ad pop-up for Atkins. Lose 10 lbs. by the new year, with a star that said results not typical.
It's very typical, actually! I'd say it's entirely possible to go on Induction, add some exercise, drop the sugar, and lose the weight.
That ad is irritating.

It's probably better to read books rather than listen to ads.
Ad-writers generally have no clue what they are talking about. Book writers do.
