OT: Ladies only

If this helps one person make/keep their appointment it will be worth
mentioning

I had my mammogram today- dreaded enough that it took my 3 years to go back.
before I needed the extra big surface ( what ever that was) needed for big
gals. Losing the weight made it a much more tolerable experience. I was in
and out in 15 minutes.

Everything has shrunk....but still shapely. I think I lost less up top than
with low fat diets.
old 42 d to new 36 c, so the test definably was better this time around.

My gals are just hanging lower, I don't think they would spread out to
less
area now than they did 60 lb or so ago. I think the two plates might end
up
somewhat closer together.
