  1. I think it was MattB but whoever suggested this for online listening, you
    rock.

My son wired the computer into the new home theatre sound system and this is
a great way to have listenable tunes all day long while I work.
    thanks guys

You're welcome. I'm rockin' out to them right now.

KCRW and RadioParadise are pretty good too if you need a change.

There are a ton of online radio stations. You can listen to just about any
genre nearly commercial free. Its kind of amazing, really. I thought the
federal gov't would have put them all out of business by now - they came
out with some new licencing regulations a year or so ago which brought
down about half the stations (with plenty of palm-greasing by the RIAA,
    no doubt).

There are a ton, but I'd say there are only a few really good ones. Many
have commercials, very limited playlists (lots of repetition), too much
talk, too little bandwidth (crappy sound), or some combination tof those
traits. Not sure exactly how the good ones have managed to pull it off.

"Home recording will kill the record industry." - RIAA's response to
    cassette recording in the 70's.
