  1. Today was my second day walking/jogging on the track at the Y for my
warm-up before doing the weight machines.

I have to say, I'm starting to really enjoy it. Haven't really gotten up
to serious running yet, I just walk fast 4 times around, then jog 4 times,
then walk fast 4 times again. It's about a 10 minute warm-up. I used to
hate running so much when I was heavier and a smoker, but now I'm starting
to see why people do it. :o)

I have only 3 flaws. My first flaw is thinking that I only have 3 flaws.

  2. Running is great until you get knee or ankle problems.

  3. Excellent job Michelle. I ran 3 miles yesterday and it felt pretty good.
Run softly.... in other words try to run quietly. This makes it easy on
your body. If they have an elliptical trainer, they are pretty cool as well
for a change of pace. I do both.

Keep up the good work. Just think how great you will feel this spring!
