I get this newsletter from a BMW motorcycle group I 'belong' to, they sometimes include pictures of
funny signs they see in their travels, other odd things they come across.
Well, there is a picture of a toilet, obviously in an institutional setting of some kind, with the
toilet seat CHAINED down, and I mean, serious chains, one on each side, going to the side and bolted
to the floor.

So what's to stop a guy from simply peeing on the seat?

Nope, but I remember to check the seat position before sitting.
