I've been checking out on-line stores lately for 2 quart yogurt makers (still haven't decided between the simple thermal version or the electric -- I suspect the electric might end up making a firmer yogurt)... Anyway, on one site they listed coconut flour, which is coconut meat ground very fine.
Has anyone tried cooking with coconut flour?

There are some Yahoo groups that specialize in coconut. You may get better luck there.
