Osteitis Pubis

Been having lower abdomen pain since early winter, posted something here - looks like I may have
Osteitis pubis, an overuse injury to the hips at the pubic bone.

After reading about it, I thinnk this is what I have - will see a doc in the next week to confirm.

Anyone else had this and what did you do?

Are you male or female? Either way I suspect overuse of the pubic region (too much nuggie). Rest and
abstinance should clear it right up in a couple of weeks.

I would say that your injury was probably caused from fornication. Your lack of length down there,
requires you to use much more wild gyration in the hip area, to give your partner any satisfaction
at all.....thus, the sore pelvis. Maybe one of those pumps, or some enlarging cream might help. Make
sure you wear gloves when alpplying the enlarging cream, though.........you don't want to end up
with huge hands, too.

hmmm, I knew a guy with a four inch penis who had women swarming all over him. Never could figure it
out until one day we were walking down the street and he tipped his hat to this lady with his
tongue. The bloke must have got that enlarging cream mixed up with his whipped cream and got some on
his tongue. Now which grocery store is it that sells that stuff......

Wouldn't his partners butt have enough padding? Or does he like 'em skinny?

I started running again last summer after a 25 yr. layoff . When I do a lot of pavement/sidewalk
miles, I do get some generalized soreness in my lower abdomen and hip region.

I figure I just need time to let things toughen up a bit (along with all my other tendon and
ligament twinges). So when I'm feeling beat up, I switch to some x-training on the bike or trail
running to lower the shock level. I've also tried to be more conscientious about doing my crunches.

I'd be interested to know what your doc has to say about the matter.
