Hi,
I will be traveling to Orlando for a business conference. I
will be at the Rosen Plaza Hotel on International Drive.
Can anyone point out nearby running trails/routes? Any place
to rent a bike or spin classes? How about swimming?
I'm going to look up the YMCA, use the AWAY program, as long
as the Y is close enough.

Every time I go there I'm quite intimidated about running. If you go out on
the streets, be aware that many motorists are lost or are visiting from the
UK and aren't quite used to driving on the right.
